Director of Music
 

Jason Keefer is Trinity's Director of Music. He directs all the choirs and special music and contributes in a very special way to the spirituality of the worship service through his interpretation of the hymns, preludes, postludes, and other service music on the 1951 46-rank Austin organ.



Choirs

Chancel Choir, a four-part mixed voice choir made up of adult volunteers and paid Choral Scholar section leaders, performs anthems and service music during Sunday morning worship and for special services. Rehearsals are Thursdays from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.

Fellowship Choir, an informal group of people who like to sing and enjoy a time of food and fellowship. This group sings with the chancel choir occasionally for Sunday worship. Ability to read music is not required. Rehearsals are Thursdays at 6:00 p.m.

Trinity Singers, a small mixed choir, participates frequently in Sunday worship services, primarily with a capella works. Rehearsals are Thursdays at 9:00 p.m.

Trinity Bells is a handbell choir that performs on an occasional basis for Sunday worship and special services. Rehearsals are Thursdays at 6:00 p.m.

Children's vocal and chime choirs sings monthly during Sunday worship. Rehearsals are during Kids Club on Wednesday afternoons.


Trinity Recital Series Trinity Recital Series

Trinity United Presbyterian Church presents a series of recitals during the year featuring local and visiting musicians. These concerts are open to the public. A free-will offering is received to help defer expenses.
